Bronze - Just Fitness

Fitness Coaching Sessions will go over how the workouts are going, whether they need to be adjusted in any way that fits clients goals, needs, or setbacks. Specific goals will be measured and recommendations given, along with a brief report emailed to the client. Report includes a summary of the meeting and recommendations moving forward.

Gold - Fitness & Nutrition

Health Coaching is an analysis of current diet, movement, and sleep, to assess and optimize one’s physical lifestyle. Attention to mentality , social environment, and interpersonal relationships, are included to cover all potential areas leading to and potentially limiting healthy lifestyle progression. Daily, weekly, and monthly goals are set and assessed bi-weekly. Follow up report and recommendations to lifestyle included in this plan.

Platinum - Fitness, Nutrition & Lifestyle

Lifestyle Coaching is a comprehensive approach to daily behavior, focusing on tracking current habits and enhancing well-being by creating optimal routines for your specific lifestyle. Special focus will be made to create the perfect day for efficiency, performance, and health, each and every day. The idea is, each personality type works best in different environments, with different routines. Customized routines and habits will be created and constantly reassessed, for lifestyle improvement.
